Obscure Sneakers offers our customers the option to return any unused/unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase for store credit (CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS MAY APPLY). The packaging must be completely intact and all tags attached in order to process a return. Any footwear returns must be shipped double boxed in its original packaging. If a product has factory flaws (i.e. loose stitching, glue stains, broken straps, etc...), please contact the vendor directly to open a claim. We do not provide refunds for worn or damaged merchandise. After processing a return, the customer will be granted an online gift code equal to the dollar amount of the item returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. The original shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
*SALE items sold, or items sold during a sale that includes 20%OFF or more, are considered to be final purchases. There are no returns or exchanges.
For vintage sneakers, there are no returns permitted after the purchase is done. Those items are final sale without exception.
We will provide the best description possible as well as pictures of many angles of each product. Each vintage pair will be described by its condition from 1 to 10.
1 being in terrible condition, 10 being pristine condition.
